On June 22, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois, Timothy R. Johnson was formally knighted into the Royal Order of Constantine the Great and Saint Helen—an Order of Chivalry of the Principality of Cappadocia.
Nominated by Baron James Dentley III, this royal recognition honors Tim's extraordinary contributions and exceptional accomplishments sustained over his career. As a Knight, Tim has sworn a chivalric oath to defend the vulnerable, build local resilience, and deploy his resources directly back into humanity.
The Knighthood is not a symbolic badge of honor; it is an active operational mandate. Every business boardroom and advisory contract serves as an engine to fund tangible outreach initiatives across local, national, and global theaters of operation.

Ghana Wells: Led construction of 5 water wells and a school in Ghana, providing clean water and education. Uganda & Bangladesh: Personally traveled to Uganda to support local youth resources, and to Bangladesh to distribute laptops and tablets to equip children for school. International Programs: Reached over 10,000 children and families, providing tools to grow their own food and reducing reliance on aid.

Battered Women's Shelter (Madison, KY): Rebuilt a local battered women's shelter. Community Support: Purchased and donated three parcels of land in Chicago for learning centers. Silent Donor Actions: Silently sponsoring numerous charity events, anti-exploitation initiatives, and human trafficking prevention programs to support vulnerable groups without seeking public credit.

Elite Military: Funding career transition programs for elite military personnel, and supporting veteran housing organizations like U-Matter too. Youth Arts & Mentoring: Actively supporting youth arts development through Soul Children of Chicago, and mentoring youth in leadership and integrity through the Boys and Girls Club.
